• Client Service Information: Dietary preferences, aircraft and tail details, FBO locations, saved addresses, passengers, and delivery preferences
• Representative Information: Application details, work status, signed agreements, identity or compliance documents, and delivery activity
• Location Information: Location used for delivery coordination and representative operations, subject to device permissions
• Order and Payment Information: Order details, delivery history, transaction status, and information processed by our payment partners
• Communications and Uploads: Support messages, feedback, chat content, photos, and documents you submit
• Device and Usage Information: Device type, operating system, identifiers, diagnostics, analytics, and app usage data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services

We do not sell your personal information. Service providers must protect personal information consistently with their agreements and applicable law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure authentication with Firebase Authentication
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls limiting employee access to user data
• Secure cloud infrastructure with Firebase and Google Cloud

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• File a complaint with data protection authorities

Clients can delete their account through Profile > Update Profile > Delete Account. Representatives can use Representative Menu > Delete Account. You may also contact us at privacy@plane-simple.com for privacy requests or assistance.

When you delete your account, we remove your authentication credentials, account and profile records, passenger profiles, cart, application, support tickets, notifications, feedback or chat sessions, and user-uploaded profile, chat, and representative-document files.

We may retain orders, payment records, signed agreements, and operational audit records when required for tax and accounting, contractual obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Order and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years. Access to retained records is restricted to authorized personnel, and retained records are not used for marketing.
